  1. As always, fantastic post Scott… really understanding this space.

    I like to expand this amazing thinking as it is applicable to consumers that are also anti “mass market” and disregard commercialisation, a portion of the market that is growing rapidly, day by day.

    Engaging those individuals with intimacy, exclusiveness and a genuine high quality “humanised” service is key and you hit the nail right on the head!
